Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. We accept eligible returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective merchandise. Non-defective items must be new and unused.

Contact sergiosilano76636@gmail.com before mailing anything back so the request can be reviewed and approved. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable Canadian law.
